NoData = -.3 through -.2 which are not valid values
1 = -.2 - 0 Red is reflected as much or more than near Infrared (probs not Photosynthisizing)
2 = 0 - .33
3 = .33 - .66
4 = .66 - 1 Red is not very reflected (photosynthisizing)
Tried a few different ways of grouping the data. Mostly for 2008-2010 just grouped via majority integer. Which mean that if 4 of the 6 numbers were a single value they got assigned that value. This accounts for about 87% of all the pixels in the study area.
